Very casual environment; relaxing. The interviews start with a call from HR, and they have technical questions passed on from the hiring manager. The technical questions are not difficult, but they do make you think. Interesting experience.
The following face-to-face interview is more of the same, and the questions are gears more towards seeing how you think and not so much for an exact answer.

Explain/show differences between inheritance and polymorphism.

Phone interview with HR.
Then in person with team lead and the architect.
Architect was very knowledgeable. There was a general c# test, a lot of algorithm questions, multithreading, garbage collection. Offer came in the next day.

First interview by telephone, then another technical interview...but they seemed lost...outdated office in the middle of no where. They want the best developper for cheap. I declined the offer. Very desorganitaded
