Interview Process: 4 rounds (Phone screen, Zoom call with hiring managers, live homework presentation, and final Executive/Director interview).
I went through a 5-week process and made it to the final round. The hiring manager told me I would be a perfect fit for the role and said my homework assignment was the best she had ever seen. Despite this feedback and after receiving over 600 applicants, the company ultimately did not hire anyone and instead reposted the same role on LinkedIn.
After investing significant time and effort, I reached out for feedback and was completely ghosted by the recruiter. The experience was disrespectful and inconsiderate of candidates’ time, and I would not interview with this company again.

After applying, HR initiated contact for first round of screening. First interview went well, and I was advised I would proceed to second round, but despite following up, I did not receive any further information on next step. Ended up accepting a position elsewhere.
