There was 5 stages: Cv shortlisting Additional questions on Why Aviation and stuff Case Study Round - 3 hours to solve the case on Aviation industry 1st Interview Round- with the Senior Analyst about basic HR questions and CV related question 2nd Interview Round- with the Principal at ICF, judged on the basis of a case problem and interest in the Aviation industry.

It was around 45 minutes. Mostly questions about resume and previous work experience. Focused on trends in the aerospace industry and the current ongoings in that segment. Ended with an analytical question.
