In-person interview at Vacaville location. had a chance to meet with senior management, fly the aircraft, and visit with potential colleagues. I felt that it went well as I was asked to provide my salary expectations. Asked to visit other locations as well. Then silence... Not a peep... Regardless of whatever happened, the lack of communication after the mutual time investment should at a minimum result in a phone call notifying me of outcome rather leaving me wondering. Not impressed with that style of communication.

Met with chief pilot, very relaxed, immediately walked out to airplane and received intro to the aircraft and operations, interviewed on flight and on the water, fun and straightforward, great airplane, great team and great job,
