It was first through a phone call with their internal recruiter and then a webex interview. The internal recruiter was overly friendly - even came across unprofessional. The webex interview was fine, but neither of our webcams were working. Questions asked were not really about my own experience but more about the work process of a client I am working on. They could not meet my salary expectations.

There are 4 interviews in total for FSP statistical programmer. Even if you pass third one which is the technical, fourth depends on client and you can still not be chosen. Whole process wasted more than 2 months.
