It was very fast and easy going as they needed to urgently fill the position to not get penalty from their customer. DOCS just needed the persons with the experience listed as requirement in their Scope Of Work with their client. Now there is a change and there are case scenarios provided during the interview and the applicant has a limited time to prepare and present how should act in the case.
