Entrevista
The application was for their Swedish office. I had three interviews, I had a phone call from their recruiter in Holland twice (he told me I fit into their company perfectly and was super excited), then passed onto their Director in Germany office through their Dublin HR office. So, everything was great, the interviews had flow and was incredibly positive and friendly. Then the manager of the Swedish office looked at my LinkedIn profile and that was that. I only had email contact with the HR in Dublin so I emailed her asking for an update a week after and she told me the Dutch office was supposed to give me feedback. They didn't. I didn't appreciate their process at the end, especially when the previous calls were so incredibly positive, it was a let down in the HR process.
The director in Germany was super friendly and anyone would love to work with him. They use the friendly conversation strategy to see who you really are though, this is the best technique to see who you're dealing with and is used during interrogation so kudos to them for using it. The Swedish branch have a lot to learn from their global counterparts, especially since they're known for their low pay, you have to give your employees something.

Initial interviews were very basic, they look at your qualifications loosely and mostly concentrate on personality traits.
Third interview: He read my CV thoroughly, which is refreshing. He asked questions such as, what did you learn through this position, what was a challenging example for you and how did you deal with it? This included hobbies, which was interesting. Normally, no one looks at it.

panel of two line managers asking you questions about being a cra. behavioral and circumstantial. they also ask you to talk about your background and to walk them through your resume or experience.

Entrevista
Amazing ICON recruiter. Very friendly and professional interview process. Second interview was with two nice people from the Clinical team. The whole process took about two weeks. In general, the process interview was very professional and respectful.

Entrevista
1st interview with the recruiter, second with ops manager and 3rd one with the sponsor team. The interview with the sponsor is not too in depth and focuses on technical questions.
