Phone screen with HR professional reviewing experience and CV, then skype/video interview with two line managers for approximately 1.5 hours. Skype interview questions will test CRAs' knowledge of GCP, CFR, and clinical research in general, as well as work ethic, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.

A entrevista com os gestores foi muito tranquila, durou cerca de meia hora, elas perguntaram sobre a minha experiência como CRA, se eu já tinha passado por alguma auditoria/inspeção, quais as minha soft skills, o que eu achava que poderia melhorar.
