Interview process was pretty good to start with.I was bit sceptical about the position but the talent acquisition keeps contacting me for the Hirevue interview.After getting shortlisted in that directly went for video interview with 3 panel's.It was a pleasant interview they asked about your experience and why are you interested etc but I found that pretty odd as they didn't ask me about clinical research and my knowledge in it. Then comes the con they said they will get back within a week but no reply almost like ghosted.I followed up to the HR but didn't get any e-mails on rejection or feedback.After a long wait i just logged in to the icon candidate page to see my application status unsuccessful. No rejection email or feedback which was totally disrespectful if I haven't opened the candidate page it would not have known. Candidates intersted for the job opportunities even take a leave on the day of interview and prepare lots for attending this interview.,but to be totally disregarded. Icon should keep their standard.
