Applied online, received an invite for a phone interview a couple weeks after applying. Interview went well, engaged individual. Second interview online a week after the first, the individual was less engaged and seemed distracted. Then I was ghosted, no follow up, no response to messages no nothing. The position was reposted shortly after, so no idea if they went with a new pool of candidates or what. Another position has been reposted for months now in HR. First interview was good, second not so much. The overall rating of disapprove was mostly due to no follow up. If someone interviews, they deserve a follow up message at a bare minimum.
