The recruiter who conducted my interview was professional and nice. She scheduled the first interview through Microsoft Team and asked me questions following my resume. After that, she sent me an assessment with three rounds that included math, English, and behavior questions. The next round was with the engineer and manager. The candidate must be local and work hybrid from San Diego office but almost all development team works from offshore. The interview was not complicated, and questions were not tricky. I did not receive any feedback or emails or calls. They just disappeared.
