Screening: Recruiters or HR review applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Initial Screening: Phone/Video Screening: A recruiter or HR representative may conduct a brief interview to assess your background, interest in the role, and fit for the company culture. Technical Assessment: Technical Test/Assessment: For technical roles, you may be asked to complete coding challenges, problem-solving tasks, or other technical assessments relevant to the job. Interview Rounds: Behavioral Interview: Focuses on your past experiences, skills, and how you handle various work situations. Common questions include STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method questions. Technical Interview: Assesses your technical skills and knowledge through questions, problem-solving exercises, or coding challenges. You might be asked to solve problems on a whiteboard or through a shared coding environment. Panel Interview: May involve multiple interviewers from different departments or teams who assess various aspects of your fit for the role. Assessment of Cultural Fit: Cultural Fit Interview: Evaluates whether your values, working style, and personality align with the company’s culture and team dynamics.
