Questions range from educational background to motivation for the job and why should they select you.
Friendly panel, few basic hr questions like introduce yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses, why banking sector and why IDBI bank. And a few banking terminology questions- universal banking, merger and acquisition

Entrevista
There is a single interview, usually conducted by a panel of 4-6 people. Its a mix of all domains- Banking, General Knowledge, HR etc. The environment is cordial, General Knowledge questions are usually based on contemporary news and places where you have significantly lived/worked.
