Entrevista
I received a call-back the same day I submitted my resume. Talked to a recruiter later that same week, had a follow up call with the company's HR director, an on-site interview and tour of the building, and final call with VP of HR. Whole process from initial call to accepting an offer was less than about 6 weeks long.
Interview was more of a delightful two-way conversation. No trick questions or questions that I couldn't answer. Mainly background, what qualified you, name a time-type of questions.

Entrevista
Phone interview to assess background experience and education. I was interviewed by Kayla and she had a very welcoming and engaging personality. She shared the time frame for which they would like to have the position filled and shared the benefits information, both pieces of information were very helpful.
