Straight forward interview process. Very professional. They went through the job description thoroughly and questions were related to the job posting. Made you feel part of the company right away by showing you the facility and introducing you to the manager.

1 interview, very easy, called back quickly. We did a phone call to screen then I came in for a 30 min in person interview. I did a tour of the laboratory and met some of the day time staff (I was interviewing for a night position)

Entrevista
I had a phone interview, and I thought it went well. They asked about my past experience, if I knew how to use a microscope and a pipette, why I wanted to work for IDEXX. I actually applied for the company 5-6 years ago but was not offered a position. This time around, despite having five years of lab experience and having worked at Banfield Pet Hospital (who uses IDEXX machines), I was still not offered a position. Not sure what they are looking for, but I don't think I'll be applying again.
