Really odd and disappointing experience. Primary interviewer seemed agitated and, at times, hostile. Multiple IDRC staff on the call without introduction. Had a few thoughtful questions prepared for staff, told to “pick one”. This organization and its culture has poor reviews for a reason…

The interview process was pretty straightforward. However, at the end of the interview I did not get a feedback from the organization, which is disappointing. Many candidates would like to know whether they were selected or not. Additionally, what areas they can work on to improve.
