There were long lags between rounds. After the initial screening, I was asked to complete a 2-hour unpaid exercise before I was invited to the official 2nd round. Found the interviewers to be friendly; however, the email-based candidate experience was impersonal and off-putting. I couldn't get a bead on the internal culture, so possibly this was a bad match all around.

I only did the first round. Questions about fit, case study and then your expectations. The case study was difficult - the questions were about research design, evaluations, and sampling. It is not structured like a consult case study.

I completed the initial HR screening—a 30‑minute phone call focusing on background, motivation, and cultural fit. The second round was a 60‑minute technical interview with two team members, involving a case study presentation and competency questions. Communication was timely, with updates after each stage and a clear timeline. After the technical round, I received a brief notification that I would not move forward, with no detailed feedback. Overall, the process was structured and professional, though the lack of specific feedback limits learning.
