Interview process took 5 days, additional 2 days to receive offer letter 2-Technical, 1-aptitude test, 1- techno-managerial and 1-HR round, Interview had medium level difficulty and all the interviewers were very helpful and patient, listening to the interviewee.

Got a call from a consultancy, and took all details regarding the notice period and current salary. She also mentioned that the requirement is for Mac App, willingness to learn is enough not mandatory to develop. First round: Tech round, basics, and advanced iOS questions by a senior dev. Memory management, ARC Second round: Advanced and few basics on ios , design patterns, and memory management. Third Round: Assignment round to develop a Mac Os app. Mostly to fetch data from API and populate the UI considering UI best practices and approaches. (Took my whole 2 days to learn and develop the Mac app as I had expertise in developing iOS App) Fourth Round: Technical question from the project lead. He asked what is the advantage of MVC wrt to functional programs. (After this round I didn't want to go ahead with Drive) Clearly the interviewer has no knowledge of design patterns and app architecture. But was rejected without any reason Fifth: Some silly MCQs questions from Hr (As informed by a recruiter) Total waste of time. 4 tech rounds, they didn't seem to pay well was an utter waste of one's time. Least they could do was provide a proper feedback.
