Went to the site and had a general conversation. Didn’t ask any technical questions, it was all just basic interview questions. Got a tour of the facility. I just got asked a little about my previous experience.

They interviewed you, they interviewed more people as well. Then two weeks later, they hired me and I started working right away. It was a basic interview process and my first didn't even interview me. She had her QC Supervisor interview me instead.

Telephonic interview. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. It was very very easy and was asked basic questions about how PCR and plating is done. Was also asked if I could work on the weekends or night shifts. Got the call within an hour. Accepted the offer right away.
