Met at college career fair. Two interviews, one short and the second several hours. Talked with several members of the team during the second one. Pretty personable people, definitely very capable and down to earth. Was told I would hear back and alas I never did, not even a rejection email.

First interview just general questions. Second interview they want to know what you have done and what you know, will ask more in depth questions.

Very well thought out interview process. The interviewers were very open to questions as well as mad me feel comfortable during the interviewing process. lots of questions pertaining to classes taken previously as well as questions about past experiences.
This seems like a great small company in the middle of some undeniable growing pains (recently awarded a huge subcontract) with no true front office to handle the staffing effort. If you have any questions regarding the contract, area of the company you will serve, or clearance process you will not receive a direct answer. My interview consisted of topics and technologies not even listed on the job posting and the interview process was very unorganized.
After applying I received a phone call from the recruiter a few days later. The recruiter discusses the company and sets up an initial phone screening.
The phone screening lasted over an hour and was hardly technical. The majority of the call was spent listening to how great the IERUS reputation is and how it's a company built and run by engineers.
The final interview was over 2 hours long. During the interview you meet with two groups of the company, 2 people in each, for an hour. Each group had no idea of my qualifications and clearly did not read my resume. I was asked about my experience in a topic that was not on my resume or even the job posting. Also the small talk that goes on in an interview at the beginning had to be done twice.
I was offered but declined due to the clear organizational issues and the fact they like to move people around contracts so you have no idea where you'll land or even be using your clearance.
