El proceso de selección fue muy estructurado y constó de cuatro etapas. Comencé con una entrevista con el equipo de Talento, seguida de una reunión con el responsable del área. Finalmente, tuve la oportunidad de charlar con futuros compañeros de equipo en dos sesiones adicionales. Me pareció un equipo muy profesional y transparente, ya que explicaron con detalle las funciones y el día a día del departamento.

One of the best interview process I've ever had as a candidate. From the HR to each stakholder I've met. They really respect you as an expert, as a candidate to share information and opinion with you. Also, asking you sharp question (of course). The HR is very responsive and proactively share the updates about the progress, the estimated timing of answers, the overall process of the interview. I'm waiting for the final answer but really appreciate the team and this experience!
