Had an excellent introductory phone screen with a nice Hungarian lady followed by a very average interview with the hiring manager and one of the long-term IT guys already working in the department. The real problems came with the last interview with the department director, who was a classic Lumbergh type. Obviously knew nothing but buzzwords and asked weird and inappropriate technical questions. completely fake demeanor with many red flags. In the end, the company ghosted me, so it was probably just as well that I didn't get an offer. Would not recommend.
