Almost 2 months after I applied I got an email from them saying that I m shortlisted and as the second step there is a two hour written test. The test was in accordance to the Position. 4 days after that I get an email saying that I cleared that round and asked me to appear for a 1 hour interview the next week. The interview was very nice, Everyone was very friendly and the interview went on for 45 minutes. The questions were mostly on > If I have experience doing certain things in the Job description and to say something with examples from your previous jobs. Be prepared with stories real world experiences in the past job They even asked me how soon can I join if selected. But it's been one month since the interview and I haven't heard back from them. I emailed the HR all those people like twice or thrice but no response from them I don't know If they have ghosted me or if they are still in the process. But haven't heard back from them even after reaching out multiple times. It was very unprofessional of them IMHO

I applied online and a month later received an e-mail that I was invited to take a written test. One week after the test they called and we set up a personal interview. There were three people - director, future manager and HR representative. The interview itself was a bit awkward as they kept laughing at each other's mistakes and it was very hard to focus on their questions.
