First Apti round and then followed by technical interview and HR round

I have given my interview for senior v&v engineer. The interview process includes following three rounds. 1.Technical 2.Managerial 3.Hr discussion I happened to clear all the rounds and the salary negotiation has happened and finally the hr has confirmed me that i would be getting my offer letter on next monday but the monday has not come yet.. It is such a pathetic company who dont even care about the people expectations.whenever i called them they just told me that i would be given my offer soon...this situation has continued for a month. One fine day i got an offer letter with the spelling mistake in my name. When i inquired with the concerned hr she told me that i was not the intended recipient. See the dedication and the responsibility of one of the senior hr in igate before rolling out the offer. After some days my candidature is being dropped without notifying me. I just hate this company looking at their behavior with the people who attend interview with their company. No transparency in their hiring process at all.. Throughout my career i never want to be part of such a worst company. Fortunately for having missed an offer from this ill ethical company, i got a very good opportunity with a prestigious Organization.
