Applied via Craigslist and got invited to an in house interview. Meet with two PM's and a HR lady. The whole interview is a joke. The job description is not very detailed and it seems that you're being asked to do much more than it states on the job ad. Washed out questions that don't really challenge anybody. The conversation is very linear and at times very unprofessional.
