First I got a call from a very lovely lady, she talked to me about the company, job role and my resume. Following that was a 2nd interview in which the job role, pay and company goals were discussed further.

My interview was a super basic and easy interview. The manager was seemingly inexperienced on how to run an interview even though he bragged about his back in my day stories for the last year. This manager no longer works for IGS Energy.
