It was more of them trying to sell me on the idea rather than getting my qualifications. Seems like the goal is to talk customers into signing up with their company rather than actually selling a good thing to them.

Met with manager at Florence office and discussed previous work history, job description, pay structure and territory details. Pay structure was commission based with a small salary/draw on commission. Potentially good job with right fit.
