They asked me to come in for an interview a day after I applied, which was with the Guest Service Manager and General Manager of the hotel. It was very informal, felt as though it was a "getting to know you" sort of interview. I was in a situation where I needed to find a job quick. Although, being overqualified for the position I was very happy when they offered me the position a few days after my interview. My previous experience in hospitality probably helped me land the position in this economy.
