I connected with a Senior Management Team member (which I thought was great) at a career fair and he immediately made a strong impression by genuinely listening to my goals and interests. He shared detailed insights about the organization, its culture, and the position. He invited me to apply for a role and he connected me via email with the hiring manager. The process began with an initial screen that focused on my background, qualifications, and alignment with the Institute's mission. Following that, I participated in a behavioral interview where the questions felt purposeful and allowed me to showcase my leadership and problem-solving skills.
Next, I was invited a final interview with key individuals, Each step was well-communicated, and the scheduling process was seamless, making me feel valued as a candidate.

They reached out via email to let me know that I passed the initial screening. I was then given a skills test to return in 48 hours. After that test, I went through three rounds of interviews with the team lead, research manager, and another team member.

I was first asked to do a skills test, and then a round of interviews with those I would work with and then an odd second round where I was interviewed by someone who I would never work with
