There was no interview process. It was extremely easy to get the job. I just went in and gave them my availability and that was it. I kind of knew the manager pretty well so it wasn't too difficult for me.

It was a nice experience. The HR manager was very friendly and easy going. Got the job, love working here at Ihop. Teamwork, friendly staff, time management, customer service, flexible work hours.
