1) Telephonic - They take telephonic interview to check your communication
2) Face To Face - while taking face to face interview they ask all questions related to your past experience
3) salary discussion - At the time of salary discussion they try to hire you on minimum salary
4) Final discussion for joining - They give as soon as you can join and they give one week to get settle in the office environment.
