It took them 2 months to decide that they will opt for internal personnel for the job position. It was a really bad experience. I have cleared all the rounds strongly. They are ruthless people who are not mature enough to understand other people efforts. Little suggestion: don't waste others time.

The third round was mid level manager round, with automation questions. The fourth round was director round. Casual and healthy round. PS - Stay calm and confident, that's all is been required.
