So they scheduled the whole interview process via text. Never once called me. They told me there would be a first and second interview. Interviewer just loved to talk, barely asked anything about me, and when he did, he would change the subject and start talking about himself, which I didn’t mind because it made it easier for me. I was told I’d be making between $500-$700 a week. Was offered the job on the spot during my first interview and I accepted. He left out the part where we get paid in commission. (My first paycheck was $70 for 3 10 hour days) Also left out the part where we work 10-14 hour days six days a week, I assumed it was 40 hours a week since there’s no set schedule. They tell you that you’ll be working at different EVENTS raising awareness to the organization D.A.R.E, and collecting donations. I figured we’d be going to school events and fairs and what not. No, when they say events they mean standing outside of a Starbucks or Safeway all day long asking strangers walking by to donate.

The admin was very nice she was very pleasant. I was nervous and did not know too much about the position upon coming in to the position. they work with non-profit organizations. They went through all of my previous experience and asked a lot of general questions. Then they had me come up with my own marketing and fundraising campaign. It was about 15 minutes. I got a call back for a second interview later that night.

The interview process is very simple and straightforward. You're usually interviewed by someone in their 20s who have absolutely no interview experience.
The most frustrating part of the two interviews was that the interviewer would constantly dodge my question when I would ask how long the average work day was. They dodge questions like that because they do not want the interviewee to know that the average work day is around 14 hours and the pay is based on commission.
After one day of working, I left because I felt as if I was mislead during the entire interview process.
