Entrevista
I applied online and the next day I received an email asking me to fill out the 'Getting to know you' form. Then a few days later I had a short phone interview which I thought went well. Unfortunately that wasn't the case as I wasn't even invited to the group interview.

Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
