very informal, just a chat really. Ask you why IKEA. The job position was explained. Then asked how you would respond in various situations.
If you were dealing with a customer, and had to get something from elsewhere, and was asked for assistance from another customer, what would you do?
Pretty smooth overall, only had initial screening call with HR + interview few days after with team leader and another head of department (different than the one I was supposed to work at)
The interview went very well. Kara was very informative on what is expected of me. Job duties learning on different things. Different equipment explained benefits. I'm looking forward to being an I.Key employee
Colloquio preliminare con agenzia interinale poi colloquio di gruppo ed infine colloquio singolo. Colloquio di gruppo molto stimolante e dinamico, mentre il colloquio individuale è stato in parte tecnico ed in parte generico sulle competenze relazionali
