The interview is divided into three parts: - Online data uploading and application submission - In case of success, short standardised online interview - In the event of a further positive step, a 1-hour interview with the manager of reference My case is a little different, since, although I was rejected for another position as "Business Analyst", I was offered to reapply for another internship in the logistics area at the same location. After the second personal interview, in this case with the logistics manager, I was chosen as an intern in the logistics department or SSS (Sales & Supply Support Specialist).

Step 1: After submitting the resume, HR will give you a short phone interview (just some quick questions about your current status) and confirm the time for the first online interview. Step 2: Online interview with two HRs. Questions mostly about your experience and how you solve problems. Kind of like behavior questions. Step 3: On-site interview with three managers ( line manager, department manager, sales manager) and two hours of written test about basic knowledge of the company and inventory. Questions mostly still related to your experience on the resume, but also included some questions to test your understanding of logistics and inventory management.
