if you are slelect go the second stage you normally received a task to do before interview
Backing to 1to1 interview I personally think that you have better chance to perform and be able to express more about yourself compare to group interview where they used to be.

Chiamata online con il responsabile che mi ha illustrato il ruolo e ha chiesto il mio interesse per il ruolo. Disponibili e molto gentili. Mi è stato illustrata la paga, l'orario lavorativo, il servizio mensa e benefit aziendale.

Test de design à réaliser
Entretien avec le manager du département design
Entretien en ligne avec le responsable international
Et enfin, un workshop test sur place
Après toutes ces étapes, ma candidature n’a pas été retenue.

Several different interviews. The ability to meet lots of team members. They valued new and fresh input. Comfortable setting. Details about the 4 design styles, age, income and room size portfolios that will need to be practiced.
