The interview process consists of CV and Cover letter screening, once accepted, online assessments supposed to judge your computing abilities.
If passed, you get a skype call during which you're asked some personal questions, questions regarding how IMC does business, how a daily trader's life is.
Then you get technical questions on probability and finance

Graph of a long call ? what is the profit if underlying keeps increasing ? what is loss ?
Graph of a short put ? same question. Why do people use these puts with such a small profit ?
How long would it take to swim from amsterdam to new york ?
If getting a boy and a girl is 50% chances. What is the chance that the family that has a boy, also has a second boy ?

Tough, asked me numerous questions about probability, statistics and also asked me numerous questions about options. questions ranged from numerical to also behavioural (stuff about risk). how i approached life
First some technical tests consisted of probability questions, then HR with easy probability and mostly behavioral questions. After that the first technical and finally in-house day with all rounds again: technical, trading, HR and some informal talk.
