Write a program for a battleship game that returns the numbers of hit and sunken ships, given a list of ships and a list of strikes. A ship is sunk if all of its cells are hit.

it was hard, was not a standard medium or hard leetcode problem. it was an optimization DP problem. study competitive programming from books for it, and be ready 💪
