Entretien téléphonique de 30 minutes. Il s'agit ici d'un entretien de motivation c'est à dire avec des questions sur nos expériences précédentes, pourquoi le trading, savez vous ce qu'est le prop trading. Pourquoi pas une grande banque puisqu'elles font toutes du trading ?
Puis un entretien d'une heure à Paris avec brainteaser.

Fun, series of brainteasers followed by lots of HR questions about my motivation to apply of rthe job. Was asked how sure I was about my answer as well. Interviewer was very nice, and emphasised that accuracy was more important than speed.

The interview process was very long several rounds to go through including a lot of technical problems. A lot of one way online assesssments. Very long and several rounds. Several rounds and very long

Quite hard, had 15 question oa followed by a behvarioual. Wasn't really ready for the resume screening/behaviours, had a couple situation questions that asked about what you do in a situation with a bad boss etc
