1st interview was preliminary, 2nd was very thorough, everyone was extremely nice just did not believe it was what I wanted to do, somewhat suspect of the rise fast work fast model they provide. Great interview practice though!

Applied online and got a call from HR pretty fast to set up an interview. The first interview was a really fast 15 minute meeting with the manager where he talks about the company and asks you questions about your background and resume. You get a call to come back for a second meeting which you have with one of their top performers. This person usually takes you to a spot for lunch or coffee and they explain how the company works as well as how to get promoted. I do not remember much else.
