Thorough three stage process which involved competency assessment, CV presentation and team member 'meet and greet'. I felt I had a good introduction into company before starting at company. In initial stages I received good 'on the job' training over the initial 4 weeks, thereafter regular one to ones and a 6 monthly appraisal.
