Had 3 round of tech interviews, after which recruiter told me that I have got the offer. He even sent me the compensation breakout but after a week they asked for another round, I found it fishy but I had to say yes there's no other option. Once that round was completed I got a call that I have got the offer. I confirmed my compensation during the same call, & he told that the compensation remains same. After a week, I gave him a call for rolling out the offer ( at first he didn't pick my calls multiple times - citing the reason that he's busy ), Once he picked up he gave me offer details that was at max 20% increment and quite a lowball. I got disheartened from such behaviour and felt like never joining them. They way I've been treated by recruiter and the HR ( that ignorant girl ) is horrible. I wish noone goes through this kind of trauma. Also, I have read the same thing has happened multiple times so decide carefully and at your caution whether you want to interview here let alone join. I can just wish how the work culture here is in reality.
