The HR interviewed me on phone first for the initial interview (OJT experience, knowledge on the applied position, expected salary, etc), after few days set me up with a panel interview which was good since the interviewers were easy and comfortable to talk to. Questions are based on your resume. They asked my family background as well. Overall it was a good experience.

interview was quick and smooth. interviewer made sure that applicant is at ease and calm during the entire process. they responded to my application just hours later i submitted and they are very accommodating when it comes to setting the interview schedule

Entrevista
30 min screening followed by a 30 min zoom. I applied and then within a week I had a phone screening by an off site hiring company. Then I was moved onto a first round.

Initial interview was with HR over phone call, asks mostly about background experiences and previous company and qualifications.
Second and Final was with the Hiring Managers via Microsoft Teams, questions mostly technical about work process and working with Teams internationally
