The HR GHOSTING culture is strong and evident here. No proper updates regarding the results and they will make you wait for hours! Hours of waiting during the Tech Superday HR Interview: Just asked history of tech stacks and number of years in each technology Technical Interview: In-depth technical interview where they asked even the exact commands that you run for each techstack. Was expecting a chill interview but it became a grilling session for me as I had difficulties remembering the exact commands. This is my 2nd time applying. I declined the 1st time due to a better offer. The 1st experience was definitely smooth and enjoyable. This 2nd time was not so much. The HR recruiters are not responding and will not leave you with their contact emails to follow up on your application.
