I had 2 interviews, one with the manager of the department and another one with HR and the manager of the manager. The first one was detailed questions for the content of the work, the latter one was for more about the personality and start date related questions

Entrevista
The interview process was scheduled and planned accordingly, and was done at a relatively reasonable pacing. It involved both technical and behavioral evaluations. The interviewers were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They asked questions that allowed you to narrate/elucidated your answers in a story-telling type of way.

Entrevista
I was submitted for a Senior BA role at ING Sydney Australia within their Risk and regulatory space by recruitment agency. Interview was average and two way communication.
I was told after interview that they really liked me and want to progress straight to offer stage and made me wait for a week or two.
After few weeks recruitment agency called to tell that position which I was interviewed is not approved yet and hence will like me to meet another head of risk for another urgent position.
This interaction/interview was very positive too and quiet keen to progress ahead and was told to wait. After a wait for another 2 weeks I am told that they are not progressing at this stage but might consider me for another position once position is made available.
Really frustrating experience and tells a lot about organisations indecisive and uncertain leadership and processes.
