The interview process was scheduled and planned accordingly, and was done at a relatively reasonable pacing. It involved both technical and behavioral evaluations. The interviewers were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They asked questions that allowed you to narrate/elucidated your answers in a story-telling type of way.

I was submitted for a Senior BA role at ING Sydney Australia within their Risk and regulatory space by recruitment agency. Interview was average and two way communication. I was told after interview that they really liked me and want to progress straight to offer stage and made me wait for a week or two. After few weeks recruitment agency called to tell that position which I was interviewed is not approved yet and hence will like me to meet another head of risk for another urgent position. This interaction/interview was very positive too and quiet keen to progress ahead and was told to wait. After a wait for another 2 weeks I am told that they are not progressing at this stage but might consider me for another position once position is made available. Really frustrating experience and tells a lot about organisations indecisive and uncertain leadership and processes.
