The interview process with ING is very straightforward, usually one technical interview and one management interview. ING doesn't do "code challenges", the interview process revolves more around technical questions and how you would approach everyday problems.

No interaction with candidates at all, it seems like automated system does rejection without consideration of any details.
If you apply for senior java developer, it must be mentioned in the CV as such , otherwise senior developer (with Java in explanation below) is rejected.
