Incredible disjointed and uncommunicative. I got a request for a phone screen and then silence. Had to reach out myself then things got moving. Then I moved on the second interview scheduling. Again, silence and disjointed communications--telling me one day then another. This is fine, being flexible to scheduling is not the issue, rather I was seeking clarity at every point. Third interview scheduled, took a while, but ultimately went on and it was fine. Each was very casual, only 30-40 mins with one person at each stage. Then ghosted for weeks until I finally got a answer with a decline. I could not believe the level of answer-seeking I had to do, it felt so disrespectful and not once did I get a chance to really in-depth questions due to each call being scheduled for only 30 mins and none of these people were women, just dudes.
