1. Telephone interview by the HR officer
2. Group interview with other shortlisted candidates (we were a group of 6). We were asked 3 questions each.
3. Then each candidate was given a paper to answer a set of 8 questions.
4. Last step - After answering the questions, they send a link via email with a written assessment you must complete and send back within a day. If you are successful they will call you back.
