I would like to share my disappointing experience during the Node.js interview at INTEGRTR. The interviewer appeared highly unprofessional throughout the session. He joined the call quite late and seemed distracted, clearly multitasking in the background while I was answering the questions. Despite my efforts to provide clear and structured responses, he was not actively listening and ignored follow-up questions I politely asked for clarification. What’s more concerning is that the rejection seemed to be made without a fair evaluation, as the interviewer didn’t even engage properly in the discussion. It felt like a complete waste of time. I believe INTEGRTR should seriously review the professionalism of its interview process. As candidates, our time and effort are valuable, and it's disheartening when it's not respected. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively and ensures that future interviews are conducted with the seriousness and professionalism they deserve.
